RESUMO

This study aimed to investigate the distribution of acrylamide (AA) in food by developing a universal method for detecting AA in various foods and analyzing the levels of AA in 437 food samples collected from Southeast China. The developed method was simple, rapid, and widely applicable, with an average recovery rate range of 81.7-94.2% and a relative standard deviation range of 1.7-8.2%. The limit of detection (LOD, 2.0-3.4 µg kg-1) and limit of quantitation (LOQ, 6.0-10 µg kg-1) were also determined. AA was detected in all types of food, with a total detection rate of 76%, and the levels ranged from LOQ to 6020 µg kg-1. Potato chips had the highest level of AA (mean value of 504 µg kg-1), whereas pastries had the lowest level (mean value < 6.0 µg kg-1). Kruskal-Wallis analysis revealed significant differences in AA levels among different foods (H = 229.8, p < 0.05). The AA safety limit intake recommendations suggested that the intake of high-AA foods should be strictly controlled to reduce the risk of potential carcinogenic effects. The developed method provides a useful tool for monitoring AA levels in food.

RESUMO

Objective: To explore the mechanism of Yinao Jieyu Compound Formula in the treatment of post-stroke stressrats from the perspective of intestinal flora changes. Methods: A total of 48 male clean SD rats were randomly divided into4 groups: sham-operation group, post-stroke stress group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicinegroup, with 12 rats in each group. In the sham-operation group, only the free blood vessels were not inserted into thethread embolus. The rats in post-stroke stress group, the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group weretreated as follows: after 1 week of middle cerebral artery occlusion, the rat model of PSD was prepared by using chronicrestraint stress and single cage feeding. The 7 th day from the beginning of the construction of the cerebral stroke model, the gavage treatment began to be done. The western medicine group was given Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules2.33 mg/ (kg.d), and the Chinese medicine group was given 9.92 g/ (kg·D) . The rest of the rats were gavage with 10 mL/kgdistilled water, 1 time/day. The behavioral changes on the 14 th day after post-stroke were observed and the microbialcommunity structure and composition was analyzed by Illumina-MiSeq high throughput sequencing technique. Results:Compared with the sham operation group, the sucrose water preference, open field score and swimming struggle time ofthe post-stroke stress group were significantly decreased (P < 0.01, P < 0.01, P < 0.01), and the proportions ofAllobaculum, Sutterella, Dorea and rc4-4 in the feces decreased significantly (P < 0.01, P < 0.01, P < 0.01, P < 0.05) .The proportion of Oscillospira increased significantly (P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P < 0.01) . Compared with the post-strokestress group, the horizontal scores and swimming struggling time of the rats in the Chinese medicine group weresignificantly increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.05), and the proportions of the 6 species of Lactobacillus and Bacteroides weresignificantly increased in the feces. The difference between Lactobacillus and Bacteroides was the most obvious with27.91% vs 5.96% and 24.21% vs 9.62% (P < 0.01, P < 0.01) . The proportion of Oscillospira was significantly decreased (P < 0.05) . Compared with the western medicine group, there was no significant difference in the behavioral scores of therats in the traditional Chinese medicine group (P> 0.05), and the proportion of Bacteroides and rc4-4 in the feces wassignificantly increased (P < 0.01, P < 0.05) . Conclusion: Yinao Jieyu Compound Formula can alleviate similar depressivesymptoms in post-stroke stress rats by increasing the content of Lactobacillus and Bacteroides in the intestine of rats.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of Compound digestive enzyme capsule in the treatment of dyspepsia. METHODS:154 patients with dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 77 patients in each group. Control group received routine treatment,Polyzyme tablet 600 mg,tid,30 min after meal;observa-tion group was additionally given Compound digestive enzyme capsule 600 mg,tid,30 min after meal. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 2 weeks. The improvement of dyspepsia, clinical efficacy, clinical manifestation score, improvement duration and ADR were observed in 2 groups after treatment. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group(89.61%)was significant-ly higher than that of control group(74.03%),with statistical significance(P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Compound digestive enzymes capsule has good effect on dyspepsia with less ADR.

RESUMO

Dynamic and sustainable fundraising strategies are the prerequisite for the long-term and stable development of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme(NRCMS).The paper analyzed the current situation and problems of NRCMS' fundraising, and proposed the principles for designing a sustainable financing strategy of NRCMS,and then its fundraising strategy.First, clarification of its fundraising sources and rational division of the sharing ratio of the funding bodies (individuals contributions account for 20%of the per capita fundraising) ; second, linking fundraising levels with net per capita net income(5 % ~ 6 %) of peasants; third, expansion of the service scope and level coordinated within NRCM.
